Coorara Primary School is a Primary School located about 20km south of the city centre of Adelaide, South Australia and is a school which has about 320 students enrolled.

Coorara is a learning community where all members are supported to develop the skills and values enabling them to be happy, healthy and productive participants in our world.

We have 10 classes, 19 teaching staff, 7 school support officers and a canteen coordinator making up our staff.

At Coorara Primary School we believe parent participation and involvement is essential to the success of our school. It fosters a caring, cooperative and happy relationship between parents, staff and children. How can you be involved?

• Governing Council and sub-committees such as Sport, Education, Finance Fundraising, Canteen and Grounds
• Supporting teachers in classrooms in a variety of ways such as listening to reading, taking small groups of students for Maths, Art, Activity, cooking and electives.
• Share your expertise with us! Do you have any talents that you are able to share?
• Come along on excursions or camps.
• Visiting/being involved in open morning/evenings, attending parents workshops and information mornings for new parents to our school.
