Spring Terrace Public School was first established in 1869 and is one of the oldest in the local area, serving as a focal point for the rural community, present and past. Originally, the surrounding area was supported by agricultural pursuits and the children attending the school lived and worked on farms, although now the children who attend the school come from a wider area including Forest Reefs, Springside, Huntley, Lucknow and Orange. Students at Spring Terrace are given the opportunity to participate in a broad range of experiences across all key learning areas.
